Our 2020 AGM was held on March 11th at Trinity College. The guest of honour was the Lord Mayor, Sally Capp. She joined over 70 members for pre meeting drinks and nibbles.

The meeting opened with an overview of COVID 19 by Prof. Peter Doherty. The attendees learned much about the Pandemic and the Lord Mayor thanked Peter (a member of the Association) for a great if not frightening look at the very serious situation we all faced.

The Lord Mayor then gave attendees a talk about current council matters and discussed some key topics such as homelessness, the traffic plan and her thoughts about Parkville. A long Q& A session took place which was most enjoyable. Rob Moore thanked the Lord Mayor very much and also the to the Council for looking after Parkville so well.

The formal AGM then took place (minutes on this website). New committee members are John Sullivan and Nick Morrissey.

The meeting closed just after 9pm with many members adjourning across Royal Parade to Naughtons!
