New Rules for the Association were adopted at the AGM on 8 March 2016.

These rules are available for current and prospective members to review here.

At the Committee meeting on 7 June 2016, President Rob Moore presented a draft Strategic Plan for the Association for the next three years for discussion. The Committee agreed that it was an excellent start and that it should be adopted as a draft and made available for comment on the Association's website.

Aspects discussed by the Committee included:

• Need to present the final Strategic Plan in an attractive manner setting out the Association's achievements and include the photos of Parkville;
• Need to include comment under 'community involvement' on homelessness which is an increasing issue in and around Royal Park and to include information on relevant resources/agencies.
