Thomas and Zoe, who took over Tesorina some months ago have, in a short time, become an established part of Parkville, adding their French character and flavour to the café. They are so at home in our community that a couple of weeks ago they decided to put their personal stamp and identify on the business, by renaming it “Maggie.s”, Their website https://www.maggiesparkville.com/ explains that the name is in honour of Zoe’s maternal and paternal grandmothers, but also with a nod to the ever hopeful magpies that frequent the outside sitting space at Morrah Street and Wimble Street.
